Nicole Czapski has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Nicole started their career as a Paralegal Volunteer at the Family Law Assistance Program, where they assisted in the preparation and drafting of legal documentation and provided support to counsel in court. Following this, they worked as a Lawyer at DCA Lawyers from March 2012 to September 2014. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Aware Super, including Compliance Officer (Technology, Operations & Corporate Development) since January 2021, Member Operations from August 2017 to January 2021, and Superannuation Specialist from March 2016 to August 2017.
Nicole Czapski began their education in 2003 at Monash University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts/Masters in Applied Social Research degree. Nicole completed their studies there in 2006. In 2007, Nicole enrolled at Victoria University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2010. Nicole then went on to the Leo Cussen Institute in 2011 to complete their Practical Legal Training (PLT).
In addition to their formal education, Nicole Czapski has also obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they earned the RG146 Superannuation & Insurance certification from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). Furthermore, they were admitted as an Australian Lawyer by the Supreme Court of Victoria in January 2012.
