Robert Youkhana

Robert Youkhana has over 10 years of work experience. Robert currently works at Aware Super as a Strategic Sourcing Manager since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Bank in various roles. From February 2020 to October 2020, they served as a Manager Risk & Control Enablement in the Marketing Risk and Control team, providing advice and risk capability uplift. From March 2017 to January 2020, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist in the Enterprise Procurement & Partnerships team, providing source-to-contract solutions. Robert also served as a Process & Compliance Manager from June 2016 to March 2017, leading a team in delivering strategic outcomes and managing key business processes. Before that, from August 2014 to June 2016, they were a Process & Compliance Analyst in the Partner Management team, providing commercial, contractual, billing, and reporting services. Robert started their career at Commonwealth Bank as an Initiatives Analyst from July 2013 to August 2014 and later served as a Point of Reference & Acting Team Manager from December 2010 to June 2013 in the Institutional Banking Client Service department. In these roles, they were responsible for client onboarding, reporting, project management, and stakeholder management.

Robert Youkhana graduated from Prairiewood Languages High School in 2002. Robert then attended TAFE NSW from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a diploma in Accounting and Finance. Robert later enrolled at Western Sydney University from 2008 to 2010, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounting.

In terms of certifications, Robert obtained the following from Commonwealth Bank: Effective Leadership in Stress Management in July 2011, Effective Leadership in Management of Mood Disorders in June 2011, and Essential Leadership in December 2010, which was designed to develop practical skills of a Team Leader.
