Ben Schweitzer is an accomplished user experience professional with extensive experience in UX design and research. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Away since August 2019, Ben built a new UX team during the COVID pandemic and has successfully driven innovative cross-functional collaboration, exceeding pre-pandemic revenue benchmarks. Previously, as a VP and UX Research Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Ben established a user research practice focused on ultra-high net worth clients. Ben co-founded the largest User Research meetup group in NYC and has held various roles in user research and design across leading organizations like eBay, Amplify, and the University of Baltimore. Ben holds an M.S. in Interaction Design & Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and a B.A. in Graphic Design from Towson University.
