Jay Murphy has extensive experience in customer service and insights, currently serving as Head of Insights at Awaze since 2016, with previous roles including Head of Service Delivery in various capacities and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to Awaze, Jay worked at Hoseasons from 2014 to 2016 as Helpdesk Supervisor and Customer & Owner Services Team Leader. Jay began a career at Ipsos MORI as Project Supervisor from 2008 to 2010. Educationally, Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Anglia Ruskin University, attained between 2011 and 2014.
