Dustin Ritch is an experienced Project Manager at AWC, Inc. since June 2022, previously serving as the Automation Shop Manager at Ashley Furniture Industries from November 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included assisting in the design of automated machinery, as well as assembling, wiring, and programming new equipment. Dustin Ritch holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Randolph Community College.
