James Simpson

James Simpson is a finance executive with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO at AWI Management Corporation since November 2024, Simpson has previously held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer at OnSiteIQ and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Thomas James Homes. With a background as CFO and Executive Vice President for Thomas James Homes, Simpson also has experience as the Managing Director for both The McLean Group and OfferBoard Securities, focusing on investment banking and M&A services. Additionally, Simpson served as CEO of 2M Direct, LLC and held a Partner role at Finance 500, Inc. A graduate of California Western School of Law with a JD, and the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Simpson continues to influence the real estate and finance industries through strategic financial management and operations oversight.
