Sandra Veirs

Sandra Veirs has a strong background in property management. Sandra started their career as an Assistant Community Manager at EPMI, where they gained experience in leasing, marketing, and Accounts Receivables. Within six months, they were promoted to full-time Assistant Manager. Sandra then worked at GRE Management as a Community Manager/Accounting Assistant, where they handled day-to-day operations, payroll, evictions, collections, and customer service. Sandra also assisted with accounting functions at the corporate office. Sandra went on to work at several other companies, including Mutual Housing Management, USAMFM, Eden Housing, Inc., and EAH, where they held various Community Manager roles. Currently, they are employed as an Assistant Director of Operations at AWI Management Corporation.

Sandra Veirs completed their high school education at Heritage Peak Charter from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on General Education. In addition to their formal education, Sandra has also obtained several certifications. In November 2010, they became a CA Real Estate Sales Person through the Bureau Of Real Estate. Later, in July 2014, they obtained the HCCP certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Most recently, in March 2016, Sandra obtained the COS certification from the National Credit Housing Management.
