Eric Jacobs

Eric Jacobs is a seasoned legal and executive professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Stiftelsen Christian Radich and as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Awilco Drilling, Eric Jacobs also holds a board member position at DNK. With a long-standing association with Awilhelmsen Management AS and Awilhelmsen AS as SVP General Counsel and General Counsel respectively since 2011, Eric Jacobs previously held the role of EVP General Counsel at Skuld from 1999 to 2012 and served as General Counsel and Board Secretary at Bona Shipholding Ltd from 1994 to 1999. Earlier in their career, Eric Jacobs was a legal consultant at the Norwegian Consumer Council. Academic credentials include a degree in law from the University of Oslo, completed from 1989 to 1993.
