Alina Kozitska is an experienced project manager currently working at AWO International e.V. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alina gained valuable experience through various positions, including an internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and a research internship with UNDP Ukraine, focusing on digital transformation within NGOs.
