Hillary Kessler

Hillary Kessler currently serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs and Operations at AWP Safety since January 2024, following an extensive career that includes a Facilities Manager role for the City of Dublin, Ohio since September 2010. Prior to AWP Safety, Hillary held the position of Employment Branding Strategic Partner at CareSource from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included advising on recruitment strategies and managing various recruitment advertising channels. Hillary's experience also includes several roles at Nationwide Children's Hospital from 2014 to 2021, focusing on social media recruitment strategies and talent acquisition. Additionally, Hillary has coordinated concessions and tournaments for Dublin Youth Athletics and provided support for transportation services at Ohio University. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
