Martha Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Martha began their career as a Marketing Officer at UBS, where they managed various marketing projects. Martha then worked as a Project Manager at Karian and Box, specializing in corporate communications campaigns. Following this, Martha joined Aviva, where they held several positions including Head of IT Risk & Assurance and Head of Operational Resilience. Martha led large-scale IT change programs and ensured operational resilience within risk appetite. Martha also served as the Executive Business Manager to the Group IT Director, providing executive support and managing internal communications. Prior to Aviva, they pursued a PhD at the University of York. Most recently, Martha has been working at AXA Health as the Head of Enterprise Risk and Executive Sponsor for the ABLE Network.
