Sophie Green has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Sophie is currently working at AXA Health as the Head of Audit. Prior to that, they had a role at AXA UK as an Internal Audit Manager, where they managed audits across the AXA UK business and attended relationship management meetings with the business. Sophie also had a 12-month secondment at Architas as a Quality Assurance Manager, providing oversight over the company's third-party providers. Before that, they worked at AXA UK as an Internal Audit Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, where they managed audit activity, identified risks and tested controls, and produced reports for senior management. Sophie also worked as an Internal Auditor and a Procurement Operations Analyst as part of the Future Leader Graduate Scheme at AXA UK. Sophie started their professional career as a Reporting Analyst at AXA PPP healthcare. Sophie began their career at NatWest as a Private Banking Advisor, where they responded to high-net-worth customers' queries and requests and processed various financial transactions.

Sophie Green attended the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained their ACMA CGMA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Bristol from 2008 to 2011, completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Management.
