John Colman

John Colman has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Claims Investigations Logistics and Salvage Team Manager at AXA since April 2001, where responsibilities include managing a panel of approximately 100 external claims investigators to ensure efficient claims processing. Previous roles at AXA include Personal Injury & Fleet Claims Team Manager, overseeing a portfolio of about 2,000 personal injury claims, and Six Sigma Project Manager, where John obtained Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications. Earlier career experiences include managing a claims team at Allianz and customer service positions at AA Ireland. John holds multiple qualifications, including a Certified Insurance Practitioner designation from the Insurance Institute of Ireland and a Diploma in Business Management from The Institute of Commercial Management.
