Ramon Alvarez

Ramon Alvarez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the IT Director for Data, IT & Security integration of GACME at AXA since July 1995, Ramon has been pivotal in integrating Credit Mutuel's insurance business into AXA Spain. With a focus on global programs, IT transformation, and vendor management, Ramon has led numerous initiatives across AXA's entities, ensuring effective onboarding and execution of strategies in areas such as cloud solutions and IT maturity. Prior to AXA, Ramon worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, holding various roles including Head of IT Solution Delivery and IT Systems Consultant, where significant contributions were made to the development and implementation of IT solutions in the pharmaceutical sector. Ramon holds a Master's degree in IT Management from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM).
