James Rivera

James Rivera is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network solutions design, development, and installation. Currently at Axacore since September 2006, James provides support for XDOC and FaxAgnet software while configuring and troubleshooting SIP and maintaining Linux servers. Previously, at Scrypt, Inc. from January 2015 to October 2022, James focused on network solutions and mentorship within the team. James began the professional journey in customer service at Southwest Dealer Services from January 1996 to September 2006. James holds a certification in Computer Science from MicroSkills, obtained between 2005 and 2006.
