Mihai Pavel

Mihai PAVEL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at AXALIS GROUP since November 2023, Mihai previously held the position of General Manager at Segula Technologies Romania for nearly two decades, overseeing operations across Bucharest, Brasov, and Pitesti, with workforce management ranging from 5 to 800 full-time equivalents. Prior roles include Design Office Manager and Design Engineer at Cometa PL from 2001 to 2003 and 1998 to 2000, respectively. Mihai holds an Engineer's degree in Turbofan & IC Engines from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
