With a career spanning over a decade at Bord na Móna, Geraldine has held various leadership positions, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change across multiple business units. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Studies from Dublin City University, a BA in Human Resource Management, and ongoing studies towards an MSc in Operations.
