Jennifer Steele

Jennifer Steele is currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources for Axalta's Global Industrial business unit and the Transformation Office. Prior to this role, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in various HR leadership positions, including at Trinseo, Tekni-Plex, Campbell Soup Company, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, and Lockheed Martin. Jennifer holds a Certificate from The Rutgers Executive Leadership Program for Women and a BA in English from Chestnut Hill College.
