Jim Demarco

Jim Demarco has extensive experience in data center management and infrastructure project management, currently serving as Data Center Manager at Axcess Financial since February 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple sites' LAN/WAN networks, physical servers, and various critical systems such as UPS and fire suppression. In previous roles at the same company, Demarco successfully managed infrastructure projects, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure alignment with corporate standards and maximize ROI. As Sr. Manager of IT Services, Demarco improved helpdesk operations through the implementation of ITSM and ITIL processes, while also leading a retail network standardization project that significantly reduced outages. Prior experience includes serving as Infrastructure Manager at BlueStar Energy from January 2009 to February 2012.
