Mrinalini P Misra

Mrinalini P Misra has over 16 years of work experience in the IT industry. Mrinalini P began their career in 2005 as a Senior Project Engineer at Ericsson Telecommunications Limited. In 2007, they moved to Syntel India Ltd.Mumbai as a Senior Analyst Programmer ERP. In 2008, they joined Birlasoft as a Techical lead PeopleSoft ERP, where they were responsible for single handedly upgrading PeopleSoft Campus ERP solution for Qatar University, Middle East. Mrinalini P then moved to IBM in 2013 as a Solution Architect Peoplesoft ERP. In 2014, they joined HCL Technologies as a Delivery Manager - Digital Transformation. In their role, they were responsible for consulting, advisory, and delivering transformation solutions using digital levers like BPM, RPA, Chatbot, and Blockchain. Mrinalini P was also the Product Owner of the BPM Platform and managed a team of 30+ people. Currently, they are the Associate Director at axcess.io.

Mrinalini P Misra obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University. Mrinalini P then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University.
