Rafael de Oliveira Martins

Rafael de Oliveira Martins is an experienced engineering manager currently at Axcient since June 2022, where Rafael has progressed from software engineer to team lead manager. Prior to Axcient, Rafael worked at EMBRAPII as a Python/Django full-stack developer from August 2016 to June 2022, focusing on web application development using Python, Django, HTML5, and JavaScript technologies. Rafael also held a position as a Laravel full-stack developer at ShareNext for a brief period in 2016, contributing to PHP application development. Earlier experience includes an IT internship at the Ministry of Justice, involving system administration and user support. Rafael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade de Brasília since July 2014.
