Matthew McMorran

Matthew McMorran has a diverse work experience in the footwear design industry. Matthew currently holds the position of Senior Footwear Designer at Axel Arigato since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lacoste as a Senior Footwear Designer from 2019 to 2022, where they also served as a Footwear Designer II. Matthew gained experience as a Freelance Designer, working as a Footwear Design Consultant from 2018 to 2019. Matthew has also worked at Office Shoes as a Mens Footwear Designer from 2017 to 2018, where they had sole responsibility for designing and developing a range of over 300 SKU's per season. Matthew has worked in various roles at Lacoste, starting as a Footwear Designer I from 2015 to 2017, focusing on designing product executions for strategic customers. Matthew also worked as a Junior Designer SMU during this time. Matthew began their career as a Junior Designer at Pentland Brands in 2014. Matthew worked as an Activity Manager at Embassy CES in 2013, implementing activity programs for international students. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Junior Designer at inventid - Innovation and Design from 2013 to 2013. Matthew started their career as an Activity Leader at Embassy CES, responsible for organizing activities and ensuring the safety of participating minors from 2011 to 2012.

Matthew McMorran's education history includes a Master's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Sheffield Hallam University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014.
