Nancy Heen

Nancy Heen is the President and CEO of Axelerate, a certified woman-owned business founded in 2003, focused on managing projects to success through streamlined business processes and optimal technology solutions for public and private institutions. Prior to leading Axelerate, Nancy served as a consultant at Microsoft from 2002 to 2012 and held engineering roles at The Boeing Company, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, and Singer Link. Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Penn State University from 1979 to 1983.
