Daniel Hoshizaki

Daniel Hoshizaki is an experienced data scientist with a strong track record in transforming data science teams and delivering impactful projects. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Axelspace Corporation since October 2020, Daniel focuses on turning the data science team into a profit center by prioritizing high-impact initiatives and designing scalable machine learning pipelines on cloud infrastructure. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Data Scientist at GPSS Holdings Inc. from April 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included curating training data, assessing machine learning model performance, and deploying comprehensive solutions. Daniel holds a Master of Science from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Denver.
