Julian Desvignes

Julian Desvignes is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in embedded software and robotics. Currently serving as the Satellite Embedded Software Technical Lead at Axelspace Corporation since January 2023, Julian previously worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at Aeolus Robotics, Inc., where responsibilities included developing and deploying an autonomous multifunction robot. Prior experience includes leading firmware development for a GPS tracker at Rakuten Mobile, Inc., and working as a Research Scientist in Robotics at Rakuten Institute of Technology, where Julian developed a long-range last-mile delivery robot and a patented stair-climbing robot. Julian also has a rich background in software engineering from INTech club de robotique, achieving a top placement in the French Robotics Cup, and completed a research engineering internship at Advanced Telecommunications Research International Institute Japan. Julian holds a master's degree in software engineering from Télécom SudParis.
