Ryuichi Kokubo

Ryuichi Kokubo is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in satellite operations and digital transformation. Currently serving as Satellite Flight Software Team Leader and Executive Officer/Co-CTO at Axelspace Corporation since October 2018, Ryuichi Kokubo has spearheaded the automation of satellite operations, design of service architecture, and the development of IT systems to facilitate digital transformation. Previous roles include leadership positions in various divisions at Axelspace, such as Head of DX Infrastructure Division and Head of Satellite Service Automation Group. Earlier in their career, Ryuichi Kokubo held software engineering management positions at NTT TechnoCross and NTT-IT, focusing on web conferencing systems and SaaS development. Ryuichi Kokubo holds a Master's degree in Complex Systems Science from The University of Tokyo and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Information Science from Hiroshima University.
