Kirti Arora

Kirti Arora has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager - HR and Learning and Development for Axens India since April 2016. Kirti has held various positions within Axens India Private Limited since September 2011, advancing from HR Executive to Senior Manager. Prior to Axens, Kirti worked as a Sr. HR Executive at SNR & Company from April 2010 to September 2011 and completed an HR Trainee position at Alstom Power in August 2009. Educational qualifications include a PGCM in Human Resource from AIIMA, Delhi, and an MBA in Human Resource from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. Kirti also has managerial experience from The Institute of Computer and a strong academic background from notable institutions.
