Mikel Ansareo

Mikel Ansareo is a seasoned professional in the petroleum and chemical industries, currently serving as a Basque language teacher at Maison Basque de Paris since September 2024. With extensive experience at Axens since October 2013, Mikel has held various leadership roles, including Gasoline Start-up Manager and Technical Services Team Manager, overseeing teams of engineers and managing technical documentation. Mikel's expertise extends to being a Chief Start-up and Technical Advisor for numerous high-profile projects across multiple countries, leading start-up operations and troubleshooting for companies such as CNOOC, BPCL, and SONATRACH. Mikel began a career at ExxonMobil as an Additives Manufacturing Engineer and further honed skills as a Start-up and Technical Service Engineer at BP. Mikel holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco.
