Raina Greenfest is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the solar industry. Currently serving as Project Manager for Business Development at Axia by Qcells and President/Owner of Raina Or Shine, Raina focuses on providing comprehensive consulting services across both B2B and B2C markets. Raina's previous roles include Sales & Business Development Manager at Tigo Energy, Account Manager at BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution, and various managerial positions at SolarEdge Technologies, among others. As a Board Member for the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association (FLASEIA), Raina actively contributes to the solar community. Raina holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
