Mark D. Romeo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Axial since May 2017, Mark manages key retention and upsell opportunities for Tier 1 clients. In addition, Mark has been a freelance writer, editor, and copywriter since June 2015, specializing in digital content and branding. Prior to Axial, Mark held positions at Credit Suisse (Europe) Limited from October 2007 to March 2015, including Assistant Vice President and Client Relationship Manager, where Mark managed a significant portfolio of institutional clients across EMEA. Mark began the career at FX Solutions, LLC as an Account Manager from June 2006 to October 2007. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford and participated in a summer program in Art History at Trinity College - Rome Campus.
