Mario Kessels

Mario Kessels has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mario started their career as a Production Manager Assistant at CASTIVEL S.A. de C.V. in 2003. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Production Planning Chief at Iberplastic, S.A. de C.V. where they were responsible for budgeting, planning, and supply chain management. In 2008, they joined Banco Agricola as an Information Technology Project Analyst, where they analyzed, designed, and managed IT projects and provided support for system applications and web failures. In 2011, they returned to Axialent and held roles such as Business Planning & Invoicing Coordinator and Invoicing & Expenses Sr Analyst. Mario then transitioned to Matrice Consulting in 2017 as their Finance Manager before returning to Axialent in 2018. At Axialent, they have contributed as a Project Manager Coordinator, Business Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Operations.

Mario Kessels completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile in 2010-2011. In 2011, they also attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management for an MBA exchange program in Business Administration. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued their undergraduate education and obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
