Ash Salleh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Culture at Axiata Digital since September 2014, Ash leads initiatives to establish a Lean-driven and values-based organization, focusing on collaboration and customer-centric strategies. Prior to this role, Ash was the Director of Marketing - SEO at Sears Holdings Corporation for a brief period in 2014, where leadership was provided to a team driving the digital transition of a long-established retail brand. Ash also headed the SEO department at Zappos Family of Companies from 2005 to 2013, executing strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth for the company's online presence. Ash holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a Minor in Economics from McGill University, complemented by earlier studies at the Virginia Military Institute.
