As the Founder and CEO of TrUcare, Inc., established in January 2021, Jim pioneered an open architecture self-funded platform tailored for the government contracting community, emphasizing access to care and cost management. Additionally, Jim holds multiple leadership roles, including President/CEO/Principal at Axim Fringe Solutions Group, LLC, and Axim Global Strategies Group, LLC, where Jim supports contractors and organizations in navigating compliance requirements and managing human capital effectively.
