Allan Brenes

Allan Brenes has a diverse work experience. Allan started their career in 2007 as an IT Support Specialist at SYKES, where they were responsible for designing and managing internal websites, configuring ports vlan, and managing hardware and software errors. In 2016, they joined DXC Technology as a TIER3 employee, where they handled tasks such as CMS admin users, CC call routing, and creating call flows for CC. In 2020, they moved to Trimax Americas and served as an Azure Cyber Security Queue Manager until February 2021. Allan then joined Axim in 2021 as an ACO ENGINEER. Currently, they are working at Microsoft as a Directory Services Engineer starting in May 2022.

Allan Brenes studied at the Universidad Cenfotec in 2019, where they pursued a degree in Microsoft-Azure Cloud with a focus on Azure Cloud. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología from 2001 to 2005, specializing in Information Technology.
