Fabricio Mora Salazar

Fabricio Mora Salazar has extensive work experience in the field of Unified Communications (UC) and Voice infrastructure. Fabricio is currently working at Axim as a UC Engineer, where they lead projects related to Avaya Cloud Office and Ringcentral MVP migration. Fabricio'sresponsibilities include planning, design, implementation, and building of new UCaaS solutions, with a focus on SIP end points and integrations. Fabricio effectively collaborates with stakeholders such as project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.

Prior to this, Fabricio worked at TTEC as a UC & Collaboration Escalation Engineer, where they were the first point of contact for the hosted Voice infrastructure of Citizens Financial Group US. Fabricio excelled in customer relations management and utilized their technical skills to address and resolve support issues.

From 2016 to 2019, Fabricio worked at HPE-DXC-DAMOVO as a Senior Service Delivery Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing successful projects for clients including Procter and Gamble (P&G) and Bimbo Bakeries US.
