Karthick Ravi

Karthick Ravi has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition roles. From 2011 to present, they have been the Senior Human Resources Manager at Aximsoft, where they are responsible for complete employee life cycle management, providing employees and managers with an available first point of contact for their queries, and managing smooth exit of an employee. Karthick is also responsible for implementing employee engagement initiatives across all levels of employees.

From 2010 to 2011, Karthick was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Job Cookies India Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for end to end recruitment of middle and senior level mandates, understanding technicalities and analyzing client requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing and assessing candidates, facilitating interviews and negotiations, and using social media to advertise positions. Karthick was also responsible for managing the talent acquisition needs of major FMCG clients.

From 2008 to 2010, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capcitech Business Solutions, where they managed the complete recruitment life-cycle, handled massive recruitment drives, interacted with clients to identify the right candidates, and conducted second-level screening of profiles before sending them to clients.

Karthick Ravi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University between 2001 and 2005.
