Paige Farber

Paige Farber is a Head of Human Resources at Axiom Global Technologies, leading strategic goals across US and India offices. Paige manages a team and focuses on HR best practices to improve retention and employee morale. Prior to this, Paige worked as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Betts Recruiting, where Paige excelled in generating candidate pipelines and supporting candidates through the interview process. Paige is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno.
