Oleksandr Yuzhnyi

Oleksandr Yuzhnyi has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Oleksandr most recently worked as the QA Lead at Payall Payment Systems, Inc. starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior QA Specialist at Axiom Health since January 2021. Oleksandr also held senior roles as a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer at Intergiro from February to November 2022 and at EPAM Systems from January 2019 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a QA Automation Engineer at HYS Enterprise from September 2017 to January 2019 and as a QA Test Engineer at Comodo from August 2014 to September 2017. Oleksandr has experience in creating and maintaining API and UI automated test cases, as well as participating in various Scrum ceremonies. Oleksandr is skilled in different testing methods such as formal, informal, smoke, and acceptance testing.

Oleksandr Yuzhnyi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Odessa National Polytechnic University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, as well as Software and Hardware troubleshooting and support. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including ISTQB® Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer from the iSQI Group in February 2021 and ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH in April 2016.
