CJ Saretto

CJ Saretto currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Axiom, having joined the company in January 2018 after holding titles such as SVP - Research & Development and SVP - Technical Product Management. Prior to Axiom, CJ was VP - Strategic Program Management at Change Healthcare from April 2015 to November 2017, focusing on effectively delivering projects. CJ's extensive experience at Microsoft Game Studios spanned from August 2001 to April 2015, including roles such as Principal Lead Producer and Group Program Manager, overseeing major Halo franchise projects and innovative technology strategies. Additionally, CJ co-owned and managed financial operations for The Grill on Broadway from June 2010 to April 2013. Educational achievements include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
