Eric Stoddard has extensive experience in sales enablement and training. Eric currently holds the position of VP, Commercial Enablement at Axiom. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Sales & Customer Success Enablement at Udemy, where they were responsible for driving employee learning and development. Before that, they were the Head of LTS Sales Readiness - North America at LinkedIn, managing sales readiness activities for a large sales organization. Eric also worked as the Director of Global Sales Enablement at Demandbase, leading sales education and strategy. Earlier in their career, Eric held various roles at Oracle, including Director of Oracle Sales Academy and Senior Manager of Sales Enablement. Eric also has experience as an entrepreneur, having founded a residential excavation business. Furthermore, they have IT management experience from their time at the Corporation of the President, LDS Church and BYU Internal Audit.
Eric Stoddard earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Information Systems from Brigham Young University in 2002. Eric then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Management from The Wharton School, completing their degree in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications, including "Leading Your Team Through Change" and "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict" from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2018 respectively. Eric also holds certifications in various sales and management techniques from institutions such as CEB, Miller Heiman Group, John Costigan Companies, and Sandler Training.
