Lauryn Torch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lauryn is currently a Leadership Coach at the Co-Active Training Institute since 2023. Previously, Lauryn held a Director of Key Accounts role at Axiom, where they partnered with legal and compliance departments in the technology sector to reduce costs and accelerate revenue. Lauryn also served as a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager and Sales Manager at Axiom. Lauryn was the Founder & Co-CEO of Native, a multilingual communications platform, from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, they worked as a Senior Research Manager and Research Manager at GLG, facilitating interactions between professionals and thought leaders. Lauryn also served as the General Manager of H.Bloom, a subscription eCommerce enterprise. Lauryn started their career as an intern at The Agency Group and Primary Wave Music. Additionally, they had a leadership role as Co-Chair of Food and Beverage at Relay For Life - Middlebury Chapter.
