Dave Hanson

Dave Hanson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace and avionics. Currently serving as a Simulation Architect and Manager of Integrated Performance & Analysis at Axiom Space since March 2021, Dave specializes in developing Verification & Validation processes and planning testing for hardware subsystems. Prior roles include Flight Hardware Development Project Engineer at United Technologies Aerospace Systems, where Dave managed various aspects of flight hardware projects, and Electronics and Software Development Engineer at GeoControl Systems, focusing on avionics development. Additionally, as Program Manager for GeoControl Systems under subcontract to Jacobs Technology, Dave led a software engineering portfolio valued at $5 million per year. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Avionics Engineer and Project Manager at Rockwell International Space Division. Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
