Fareeha Ch

Fareeha Ch has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fareeha has worked as the Head of People and Culture at Axiom World (Pvt) Ltd since 2023. Prior to that, Fareeha was the Human Resources Manager at i3RL Private Limited from 2021 to 2023. Fareeha also worked as the Human Resources Development Manager at BOSCH Pakistan from 2020 to 2021. Before that, Fareeha served as the Human Resources Training & Development Manager at A&A Dispatch Services LLC from 2019 to 2020. Fareeha's earlier experience includes working as an HR Executive at yieldWerx Semiconductor from 2016 to 2018, and at Pitco Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. Fareeha's earliest role was as an HR Generalist at Four Brothers Group Pakistan from 2014 to 2015. Fareeha also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Fledge Pvt ltd from 2008 to 2013. Overall, Fareeha Ch has a strong background in HR and has held various managerial positions throughout their career.

Fareeha Ch obtained a Specialized Diploma in HRM from the Pakistan Institute of Management in 2014-2015. Fareeha also holds a B.A. degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, as well as an MBA in HR from the University of the Punjab, earned between 2008 and 2010.
