Pramod K Singh

Pramod K Singh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory, judicial, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Axiom5 Law Chambers LLP since November 2022, Pramod previously held the position of Whole Time Member (Law) at the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority from March 2020 to May 2022, overseeing the National Pension System and directing litigation efforts. Pramod's tenure at the Competition Commission of India spanned over a decade, where roles included Secretary and Adviser & Head of the Anti-Trust Division, focusing on anti-competitive practices and regulatory drafting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Civil Judge at the High Court of Allahabad, Secretary/Registrar of the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and Law Draftsman with the Law Commission. Pramod holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London and multiple degrees in law and public administration from institutions including Lucknow University.
