Danielle Califano has a long history of work experience in the field of biotechnology. Danielle began their career in 2007 as a Ph.D. Student and Research Associate at Albany Medical College, where they examined the transcriptional regulation of T helper cell plasticity and its impact on T cell migration during autoimmunity, with main emphasize on multiple sclerosis. In 2015, they joined Albany Medical Center as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Manager of the Flow Cytometry Core. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Field Application Scientist at Bio-Rad Laboratories and NanoCellect Biomedical, Inc. Danielle is currently employed as a Product Manager at Axion BioSystems.
Danielle Califano received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology and Immunology from Albany Medical College between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Siena College between 2003 and 2007.
