Tim McElreath

Tim McElreath is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as VP of Engineering at Axios since July 2024. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Engineering at VTS from November 2020 to July 2024, managing multiple engineering teams across various platforms. Tim's experience includes senior roles at Discovery Inc., where leadership was provided for mobile and emerging platform development, and at Scripps Networks Interactive, with a focus on flexible conversational user experiences. Additional roles span technical architecture at Huge, solutions architecture at R/GA, and development positions at eMusic, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Bank of America, and UBS. Tim holds a BFA in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design, awarded in 1991.
