Andrew Darby

Andrew Darby has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrew worked as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at AXIS Capital, where they supported the strategic Talent Development strategy and built and developed the global Talent Acquisition strategy. Prior to that, they were the Global Executive Recruiting Leader at AIG, where they served customers in over 130 countries. Andrew also worked as a Vice President, Executive Recruiter at JP Morgan Chase, focusing on senior level positions across various departments. Additionally, they were involved in setting up and managing an ecommerce and retail store as the Director of PremSoccerShop.com. Earlier in their career, they worked at Michael Page International and Monarch, where they achieved top corporate consultant and lead consultant performances, respectively.

Andrew Darby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Andrew also participated in an exchange semester at Corvinus University of Budapest in the year 2000. Andrew recently completed an Executive Education program on "Changing the Game: Negotiation and Competitive Decision-Making" at Harvard Business School in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in S4 Scouting - Recruitment and Player Scouting Workshop - Level 6 - PREM-SCOUT from S4SCOUTING.COM in 2022 and Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2019.
