Ann Haugh

Ann Haugh is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Property at AXIS Re since July 2021, Haugh previously held the role of President of Global Markets at Axis Re from November 2018 to July 2021. Prior to joining Axis, Haugh served as Group COO at Thomas Miller and held multiple senior leadership positions at Aspen Insurance Group, including President of International Insurance and Global Insurance COO from November 2013 to July 2017. Haugh's career also includes significant roles at Zurich Insurance, culminating in positions such as Group Chief of Staff and CEO of Global Corporate UK. Haugh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Northwestern University.
