Lisa Pariot

Lisa Pariot has significant experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Lisa began their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in 1996 and worked there for two years. In 1998, they joined Morgan Stanley, where they held various roles over the course of 17 years. These roles included Senior HR Generalist, Executive Director of Human Resources, and responsibility for Business Unit Compensation and Corporate Compensation. During their time at Morgan Stanley, they handled a wide range of HR functions, including executive compensation program design, board compensation committee materials production, regulatory compensation oversight, and compensation benchmarking. In 2015, Lisa joined AXIS Capital as the Senior Vice President of Compensation & Benefits. Lisa later served as the Head of People Programs and Rewards and is currently the Chief People Officer.

Lisa Pariot earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Binghamton University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
