Mary Gilley

Mary Gilley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and business transformation within the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Business Partner-Digital and Innovation at AXIS Capital since December 2014, Mary has developed change management strategies and led key initiatives, such as the AXIS Collaboration Transformation project. Prior to AXIS, Mary worked at ProcessPro Consulting, focusing on developing methodologies for project management and efficiency engagements, as well as serving as a Principal Consultant. Earlier roles included significant positions at American International Group, where Mary oversaw benefits operations and deployed Six Sigma initiatives, and GE Capital, where Mary led quality and IT project management efforts. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from General Electric Company.
